D2G is a division of “IG EQUIPMENT PVT. LTD.” Our goal is to offer a dual-fuel solution for your current Diesel Engines.
We have worked with European components manufacturer to build D2G, which is a fully integrated solution that comes with all the hardware needed to convert to PNG operation. The D2G conversion system is made up of several assemblies and parts that are added to diesel engines that are already in use. Following installation of the D2G conversion technology, the generator can run entirely on diesel fuel or a blend of diesel and PNG. If preferred, the operating fuel mode can be chosen manually; however, the system is built to automatically use PNG if it is available.
No matter the operating mode or load level, the system instantly switches the engine back to 100% diesel running in the case that the onboard PNG supply is compromised. The operator does not need to take any action to transition from PNG/diesel (natural gas + diesel) mode to 100% diesel mode. The D2G conversion mechanism instantly switches the engine back to PNG + Diesel mode if the PNG supply is restored.
The converted generator satisfies OEM requirements for dependability, efficiency, and performance while running in natural gas + diesel mode.
